We have our first show of the year coming up this weekend. I'm not really showing much but, will be Ring Stewarding which is one of the requirements when applying for a judges license.
I'm just gonna hope for good weather! So far its been a COLD spring!

Question For Leah. We purchased a male last year That is out of the Same lines We have had for awhile. The breeder is retiring and There will no Longer be any from this breeding So We wanted one to maintain the Blood. Anyways We purchased the Dog with the agreement that We would try to finish him to his CH before using him to breed. here is Our problem There are NO numbers in 13" males in this part of the country at the rate of hounds entered We may never be able to CH him out (not without Spending $$$$$) Anyways We still want to use him for some of our Females in the Future. Should we contact the breeder and Try to get the contract negotiated or Send him back? As a breeder What would you do? he Would be able to finish in the other registry's in no time just no numbers in AKC he has also Shown great potential in the field so a bench Ch would be possible also. when we contacted the Seller She Said a deal is a deal and was not interested in purchasing the Dog back or Showing him For us in the Northwest where numbers are much better for 13" males. how many Shows Would you except as Trying to get it Done. he always wins his variety but just cannot seem to be able to place against the 15" males out here. Does the Seller have Some obligation to try and Work with the buyer as far as Contract requirements go? And No we do not have to Funds to Send him with a handler!
