I'm not one to throw anyone under the bus and I always give people the benefit of the doubt but I purchases a female from a fellow three month ago and trusted him at his word that he would mail me the pup papers when he received them back from the AKC. He said the female that whelped them was from Canada and the AKC requested a DNA test before they would register the litter. When I called about two weeks ago to inquire about the status he said the DNA test came back fine but he somehow put the wrong date on the form when registering the litter. A lesson learned, but is there anything I can do? I like the pup and the family is attached to it after three months not to mention the $300.00 I paid for her.
